A clearer plan.
Consistent care.
One step at a time.

Phase 1 is a personalized 10-week wellness and bodywork program with Kim Torno—created for people who want time to be heard, practical guidance, and regular progress reviews.

Each weekly appointment reserves 2½ hours for assessment, individualized care, movement, education, and follow-through. Together, we set realistic goals and review what is helping.

Your starting point

Your story comes before your treatment plan.

We begin with your health history, medications, relevant medical guidance, comfort preferences, and daily challenges. Your goals might include easier movement, less muscle-related discomfort, more consistent sleep, or a manageable home routine.

If symptoms suggest an untreated or unstable medical condition, appropriate medical evaluation comes before treatment.

How Phase 1 works

Assess. Personalize. Review.

1. Understand your baseline

Review your history, safety considerations, movement, symptoms, and two or three personal goals.

2. Choose suitable care

Adapt bodywork, movement, and any appropriate device options to your needs, consent, and tolerance.

3. Evaluate your response

Review meaningful changes, adjust the plan, and recommend medical follow-up when appropriate.

This program supports comfort, function, and healthy habits. It is not an established treatment for endocrine or metabolic disease and does not promise hormone correction, weight loss, hair regrowth, organ repair, or detoxification.

Included in your package

A practical plan you can follow.

Individualized weekly care

  • Ten individual 150-minute appointments.
  • Initial health-history and suitability review.
  • A personalized goal sheet.
  • Appropriate neuromuscular, myofascial, or relaxation-focused bodywork.
  • Movement and home-care guidance.

Evaluation and follow-through

  • Baseline, midpoint, and final written summaries.
  • Optional wellness report discussions and copies.
  • General nutrition and meal-planning education.
  • Suitable device options when appropriate.
  • A final maintenance plan and referral recommendations when needed.

Laboratory testing, outside medical appointments, and supplements are not included. Meal-planning education is based on preferences, medical restrictions, and established clinical information—not scan-generated nutrient rankings. Individualized medical nutrition therapy requires an appropriately qualified clinician.

Optional technologies

Clear purposes. Informed choices.

ZYTO

Optional galvanic skin response measurement and report discussion.

Its FDA-cleared purpose is galvanic skin response measurement. It is not cleared to diagnose disease or determine supplement needs.

QMRA

Optional discussion of a software-generated wellness report.

Not an established medical test for blood chemistry, nutrient levels, hormones, toxins, or organ health.

NLS assessment

Optional report discussion with an explanation of its uncertain clinical validity.

Does not establish disease, confirm another scan, or determine treatment safety.

PMTT magnetic therapy

May be considered for an appropriate documented indication, subject to the exact device instructions, practitioner scope, and individual suitability.

NLS EHF therapy

Considered only after checking the specific device, intended use, contraindications, and suitability. Inclusion is conditional.

Optional scans and devices are not required at every visit. Device therapies are not automatically combined. Scan scores do not determine medication changes, supplement selection, or device dose. Changes in scan scores do not prove healing.
